Contact the Admissions Office at CGRH by calling 478-201-6630. A CGRH Rehab liaison will conduct a screening to determine if the patient meets criteria for admission to a rehabilitation hospital. Every referral is carefully considered on an individual basis.
Patients who need acute inpatient rehab should be medically stable and able to participate in an active rehabilitation program.
Families are encouraged to visit us for a tour of the hospital and an explanation of the rehabilitation process and address any questions or concerns. Individual tours may be arranged by calling 478-201-6500.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid as well as private insurance and managed care reimbursement. Patients or their families may contact the Business Office to make inquiries regarding insurance coverage or billing. The office is open weekdays during regular business hours.
